【摘要】 目的研究鸡血藤水提物的抗肿瘤作用。方法采用鼠源S180肉瘤细胞接种小鼠后,给予鸡血藤水提液0.3 mL/20 g(折合25 g生药/k.g)灌胃,观察鸡血藤水提物在体内的抑瘤作用。结果鸡血藤水提物抑瘤率达到30.08%。结论鸡血藤水提物可抑制小鼠肿瘤细胞的生长,具有抗癌作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the anti-tumor effect of Caulis Spatholob extracts.Methods: S180 sarcoma cells were inoculated on mice.Then the mice were given Caulis Spatholob aqueous extracts 0.3 mL/20g(amount to 25g crude drug/kg) for intragastric administration to observe its tumor inhibitory effect.Results: The tumor inhibitory rate of Caulis Spatholob aqueous extracts was 30.08 %.Conclusion: Caulis Spatholob aqueous extracts can inhibit the growth of mice tumor cells,and has anti-tumor effect.更多还原
