【摘要】 目的观察西医常规治疗加用黄连温胆汤加减治疗痰热瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法将64例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例,均给予西药常规治疗,治疗组加用黄连温胆汤加减治疗。结果治疗组临床症状及心电图改善总有效率明显高于对照组。结论黄连温胆汤加减对痰热瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛治疗有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined conventional western medicine and modified Huang Lian Wen Dan decoction for the treatment of angina pectoris belonging to phlegm-heat and stagnation type.Methods: 64 cases of patients with angina pectoris were randomized into the therapeutic group(32cases) and the control group(32 cases).All the patients in the two groups were given conventional western medicine therapy.Those in the therapeutic group were supplemented with modified Huang Lian Wen Dan decoction.Results: The improvement of clinical symptoms and ECG of the therapeutic group was obviously better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Modified Huang Lian Wen Dan decoction is effective for the treatment of angina pectoris belonging to phlegm-heat and stagnation type.更多还原
