附子、平贝母配伍中化学成分的变化

【摘要】 目的以日常用药煎煮方法制备样品,考察中药"十八反"中附子与平贝母在配伍过程中化学成分的变化情况。方法采用薄层色谱法比较单煎液与附子、平贝母合煎配伍后各种化学成分的变化情况。结果薄层色谱显示合煎与单味药煎煮,薄层色谱出现变化,发现可能有新的化学成分的出现,原有成分的消失,某些化学成分溶出度增加。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of chemical composition when decocting monkshood and fritillary bulb together which belong to "eighteen incompatible medicaments" in TCM.Methods Samples were prepared with conventional decocting methods.Thin-layer chromatography(TLC) was applied to compare the change of chemical composition between the decoction obtained by decocting monkshood and fritillary bulb together and decoction obtained by decocting the two herbs separately.Results TLC changed when the herbs were decocted together,which indicated the possibility of the appearance of new chemical components,disappearance of original components,and increase of the dissolution rate of some chemical components.
