【Abstract】 By giving accurate examples and data,the cast iron melting technique progress of China,the gap existing in comparison with developed countries and some problems to be renewedly understood were described.It was pointed out that to accelerate development of the modern cupola melting technique,correctly adopt duplex melting,enhance quality level of the cast iron materials and,as well as,to give attention simultaneously to the energy-saving,material-saving,emission-reducing and environmental protection should be the mainstream direction of the China’s foundry industry in order to change China from a big foundry country to a strong foundry country in the new cast iron age.更多还原
