排气阀壳体铸造工艺的数值模拟优化

【摘要】 为消除排气阀壳体的渗漏缺陷,利用ZCAST数值模拟软件对原铸造工艺方案进行模拟,发现产生渗漏的区域属于后凝固的区域。对封闭式和开放式两种新设计浇注系统模拟后,发现开放式浇注系统充型平稳、液面上升稳定,解决了铸件打压渗漏问题,通过采用铬矿砂砂芯解决了局部出现夹砂的问题。

【Abstract】 In order to eliminate the leakage defect of the exhaust valve housing,the original casting method was simulated using ZCAST simulation software and it was revealed that the leakage occurred in the latterly solidifying area.It was found after simulating redesigned both the pressured and non-pressured gating systems,that when using the non-pressured system,the mould filling was smooth and the iron melt level was raising stably,and therefore the leakage problem occurring in hydraulic test was solved.The local scabbing problem has been also solved by using chromite sand.
