【摘要】 介绍了由鼓风机送入冲天炉的空气中和作为底焦、层焦加入冲天炉的焦炭中所含的水分对冲天炉所熔炼的铸铁铁液冶金质量的影响情况;特别指出,这些客观存在的水分,不仅会导致铸件质量问题,还会造成焦炭消耗量增加、生产成本上升、环境问题加剧;建议冲天炉熔炼要增设脱湿送风工艺,并严格控制焦炭中的水分。更多还原

【Abstract】 An introduction was given to the influence of the moisture contained in the air blasted by the fan into the cupola as well as the moisture contained in the coke bed and cokes split on the metallurgical quality of the liquid iron melted in the cupola.It was especially pointed out that these impersonally existing moisture may not only lead to the casting quality problem,and also increase coke consumption,enhance production cost as well as may increase the severity of environment pollution problem.Therefore,it was suggested that the cupola melting should be conducted by adopting moisture-eliminating process and strict control the moisture of the coke.更多还原
