【Abstract】 Various refining processes by injection inert gases into metal liquid were introduced including: the injection process through a porous plug(i.e.permeable brick)which was set in the bottom lining of the medium frequency induction furnace,the injection process through a porous plug set in the bottom lining of the ladle,as well as the process of injecting inert gas into copper melt through a graphite pipe.The advantages of the inert gases injection process were pointed out as follows: purifying the metal liquid,improving metal quality,reducing casting rejection rate.更多还原
