从假单胞菌1896中分离到的5个环二肽类化合物

【摘要】 以海洋细菌假单胞菌1896(Pseudomonas sp.1896)为研究对象,对其发酵液的化学成分进行研究.从30 L发酵液乙酸乙酯提取物中分离到5个化合物,并通过1D,2D-NMR和ESI-MS光谱数据确定了化合物的结构.它们分别为cyclo-(L-pro-L-tyr)(Ⅰ)、cyclo-(D-pro-L-tyr)(Ⅱ)、cyclo-(D-pro-L-val)(Ⅲ)、cyclo-(D-pro-D-trp)(Ⅳ)、cyclo-(L-pro-D-met)(Ⅴ).研究结果表明,海洋细菌中蕴藏着丰富的具有生物活性的环二肽,是开发微生物药物的重要资源.

【Abstract】 To explore the chemical components from the fermentation of marine Pseudomonas sp.1896,five compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography.The structures of compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis,including 1D,2D-NMR data and mass-spectrometric analysis.They were identified as cyclo-(L-pro-L-tyr)(Ⅰ),cyclo-(D-pro-L-tyr)(Ⅱ),cyclo-(D-pro-L-val)(Ⅲ),cyclo-(D-pro-D-trp)(Ⅳ),cyclo-(L-pro-D-met)(Ⅴ).The results indicated that marine bacteria could be a promising source of searching leader compounds for drug discovery.
