单片机控制的多量程位移数显仪
Multi-range Displacement Digital Display Based on MCU
【摘要】 在机械产品微小位移高精度检测显示中,针对所选位移传感器量程的不同而给检测结果的显示带来不便的问题,设计了单片机控制的多量程位移数显仪。采用4.5位A/D转换器将电感位移传感器信号变送电路输出的直流信号转换成数字信号,由软件实现多量程转换并显示对应的位移量。通过对不同量程的螺管式电感位移传感器的测试,结果表明:多量程位移数字显示精度优于1μm,与目前常用的单量程数显仪相比,具有精度高、使用方便等优点。
【Abstract】 Of the high precision measurement and display for micro displacement of machinery production,the displacement sensors of different range will cause inconvenience on display.For this reason,a multi-range displacement digital display based on MCU was designed.The DC voltage from signal modulation circuit was conversed to digital signal by 4.5 ADC,and then the digital signal of multi-range displacement was transformed into corresponding scale displacement by software,finally displayed by LED.The experiment study on displacement sensors of different range showed the precision of multi-range displacement digital display was better than 1μm.It was of convenient in display and high precision compared to single-range digital display used widely at present.
