【摘要】 目的评价腱膜松解术治疗脑瘫痉挛性四肢畸形的疗效。方法采用腱膜松解术治疗脑瘫痉挛性四肢畸形90例,其中男性64例,女性26例。手术年龄平均8.0岁(4～22岁)。结果随诊平均20个月(6个月～6年),优62例,良28例,优良率为100%。结论腱膜松解术是治疗脑瘫痉挛性四肢畸形的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of aponeurosis brisement treating four limbs malformation in the cerebral palsies. Methods 90 patients with four limbs malformation in the spastic cerebral palsies,who were 64 men and 26 female with average age of 8 year(ranging from 4 to 22 year),underwent aponeurosis brisement. Results Postoperative follow-up after 20 months(ranging from 0.5 to 6 years) showed that all patients in four limbs malformation got good appearance and 62 cases got excellent clinical results,28 good results.The excellent and good results rate is 100%. Conclusion Aponeurosis brisement is one of effective methods for four limbs malformation in the spastic cerebral palsies.更多还原
