复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病阴道局部IFN-γ和IgE水平测定
THE LEVEL OF IFN-γ AND IGE IN THE VAGINAL FLUID OF RECURRENT VULVOVAGINAL CANDIDIASIS PATIENTS
【摘要】 目的测定复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis,RVVC)患者阴道冲洗液中IFN-γ和IgE的浓度,探讨RVVC患者阴道局部免疫环境的改变情况。方法 ELISA法检测单纯性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(uncomplicated VVC)组和RVVC组患者阴道冲洗液中IFN-γ和IgE的浓度,以健康体检妇女为对照组。结果 RVVC组和单纯性VVC组患者阴道冲洗液中IFN-γ的浓度明显低于对照组(p<0.05),RVVC组较单纯性VVC组低(p<0.01)。RVVC组和单纯性VVC组患者阴道冲洗液中IgE的浓度明显高于对照组(p<0.01),RVVC组和单纯性VVC组比较无显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论 RVVC的发病可能与阴道局部免疫环境的改变有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To detect the concentration of IFN-γ and IgE in the vaginal fluid of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis patients,and to investigate the vaginal local immune environmental change of RVVC patients. Methods The concentration of IFN-γ and IgE in the vaginal fluid of uncomplicated VVC and RVVC patients was detected by ELISA and compared with that from normal controls. Results The concentration of IFN-γ in the vaginal fluid of uncomplicated VVC and RVVC patients was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).The concentration of IFN-γ in the vaginal fluid of RVVC group was lower than that in the uncomplicated VVC group(p<0.01).The concentration of IgE in the vaginal fluid of uncomplicated VVC and RVVC patients was obviously higher than that of the control group(p<0.01),between the RVVC group and the uncomplicated VVC group there was no significant differences(p>0.05). Conclusion The pathogenesis of RVVC may be connected with the vaginal local immune environmental change.
