【摘要】 目的观察丹芪活肝胶囊对酒精性肝炎患者肝纤维化指标的影响,旨在探索能有效阻止酒精性肝炎纤维化的途径。方法将84例酒精性肝炎患者分为治疗组42例及对照组42例,两组患者均常规戒酒及使用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,治疗组加用丹芪活肝胶囊。治疗前及治疗后半年检测患者肝功能、肝纤维化指标。结果治疗后两组肝功能均有改善,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TB)、白蛋白(ALB)在两组间比较无统计学差异(p>0.05);肝纤维化指标透明质酸(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(C-Ⅳ)治疗组明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论丹芪活肝胶囊对酒精性肝炎患者纤维化指标有明显改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Danqihuogan Capsule for therapy of patients with alcoholic hepatitis by evaluating the fibrosis indices in order to look for the ways to prevent alcohol-induced liver fibrosis.Methods The 84 eligible patients with alcoholic hepatitis were divided into 2 cohorts: one was treated with combination Danqihuogan Capsule plus polyene phosphatidylcholine and the other with polyene phosphatidylcholine monotherapy.The effect was evaluated according to the liver functions together with fibrosis indices at 0 and 6 months after therapy begin.These patients accepted alcohol abstinence.Results The levels of ALT,AST,TB and ALB had no statistically significant difference between two groups at 6 months.But the fibrosis indices including HA,LN,PIIIP,IV-C were lower in combination therapy group than in monotherapy group at month 6(p<0.05).Conclusion Present study suggests that Danqihuogan Capsule plus polyene phosphatidylcholine combination therapy was more efficacious than polyene phosphatidylcholine monotherapy in patients with alcohol-induced liver fibrosis.更多还原
