【摘要】 目的探讨非梗阻型输尿管结石的检查方法与技巧,提高非梗阻型输尿管结石的检出率。方法对已经证实为输尿管结石的132例患者进行回顾性分析。结果首次超声确诊112例(占84.8%),复查确诊14例(占10.6%),漏诊6例(占4.5%)。结论超声是诊断非梗阻型的输尿管结石简便、准确、有效的检测方法,必要时口服利尿剂或复查可以提高诊断率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the methods and sleights of ultrasound diagnosis in ureteral stone without obstruction. Methods 132 patients with ureteral stones confirmed in our hospital were reviewed and analyzed. Results There are 112 patients diagnosed in the first ultrasound diagnosis(about 84.8%).There are 14 patients diagnosed in the counter check(about 10.6%).There are 14 patients did not diagnosed(about 4.5%). Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis is a simple,accurate and effective diagnosis method for ureteral stone without obstruction.Drink some diuretics or counter check can increase the diagnosis rate.更多还原
