【摘要】 目的了解原发性肾病综合征患者对健康教育的需求。方法自行设计调查问卷,调查160名肾病综合征患者在住院期间激素冲击治疗前和出院后激素维持治疗阶段健康教育的需求状况。结果肾病综合征患者对健康教育的需求程度较高、需求内容广泛。结论健康教育能有效增强患者的自我保健能力,提高遵医行为,有效降低原发性肾病综合征复发率,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the primary nephrotic syndrome patients’ need of the health education.Method The survey is designed and 160 nephrotic syndrome patients are investigated about the need of the health education before the steroid impacting therapy in the hospital and steroid maintenance therapy after discharge.Result The nephrotic syndrome patients have much requirement of the health education and wide-ranging health education is needed.Conclusion The health education can improve the patients’ self-care ability effectively,enhance their compliance behaviors,reduce the recurrence rate of primary nephrotic syndrome effectively and improve the patients’life quality.更多还原
