【摘要】 目的探索循证护理在糖尿病胰岛素泵强化治疗中的有效护理干预措施,减轻患者的心理负担、提高疗效、减少应用过程中不良反应。方法选择住院糖尿病患者200例为观察组,将循证护理应用于糖尿病胰岛素泵强化治疗的护理中,确定胰岛素泵强化治疗中的护理问题,制定护理措施;选择按传统护理糖尿病胰岛素泵强化治疗患者200例为对照组,比较两组间患者满意度、血糖控制理想例数、低血糖反应发生率、皮肤感染及过敏发生率是否有统计学差异。结果观察组患者满意度高、血糖控制理想例数多,低血糖反应发生率、皮肤感染及过敏发生率低,两组比较有统计学差异。结论循证护理应用于糖尿病胰岛素泵强化治疗的护理可以减轻患者心理负担、提高疗效、减少应用过程中不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective nursing intervention measures in evidence-based nursing of insulin pump therapy of diabetes,aimed to alleviate the concerns of patients and the psychological burden,improve efficacy and reduce adverse reactions in application process.Methods Select 200 patients admitted to hospital as the observation group,to whom implementing evidence-based nursing of insulin pump therapy of diabetes,confirm the problems in nursing and frame the nursing measures.Select other 200 such patients as control group to receive traditional nursing.Between the two groups compare the patients’ satisfactory rate,ideal cases of blood sugar control,accident rate of hypoglycemia,skin infection rate and hypersensitive rate to see whether the differences have statistical significance.Results In observation group,there is high patients’ satisfactory rate,more cases of ideal blood sugar control,lower rate of hypoglycemia reaction,skin infection and hypersensitivity comparing with the control group,the differences have statistical significances.Conclusion The evidence-based nursing implemented in insulin pump therapy of diabetes can reduce patients’ psychological burden,elevate curing effect and decrease the adverse reaction in the process.更多还原
