【摘要】 目的探讨甲状腺核素显像及VITU值对亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断价值。方法用99mTcO4-185MBq对55例亚急性甲状腺炎患者进行甲状腺核素显像并测定VITU值。结果亚急性甲状腺炎患者甲状腺左右两叶或一叶显影不清,边界不清,形态欠规则,放射性分布欠均匀,部分患者病变部位表现为"冷结节",VITU值减低。结论甲状腺核素显像及VITU比值在亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断中具有较高的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveProbe into the diagnostic value of the thyroid radionuclide imaging and the visual index of thyroid uptake(VITU) in subacute thyroiditis.Methods 55 cases of subacute thyroiditis patients were injected 99mTcO4-185MBq and were tacken thyroid radionuclide imaging.The VITU was calculated at the same time.Results Two lobes of thyroid or one lobe of the subacute thyroiditis people was not clear.A part of the patients show the lesion site for "cold nodules".The value of VITU was decreased.Conclusion It has a higher clinical value for the thyroid radionuclide imaging and the VITU in diagnosing subacute thyroiditis.更多还原
