【摘要】 目的评价沙美特罗/替卡松联合异丙托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者的疗效和费用。方法将筛选合格的急性加重期COPD患者72例随机分为两组,每组各36例,治疗组给予吸入沙美特罗/替卡松粉剂和异丙托溴铵,对照组应用氧气射流雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液和复方异丙托溴铵溶液,比较二者在疗效、住院天数和费用方面的差异。结果治疗组和对照组在疗效、住院天数无明显差异(p>0.05),而治疗组的费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论沙美特罗/替卡松联合异丙托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者疗效可靠而费用明显降低,具有较高的性价比。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects and expense of Salmeterol/fluticasone combined with Ipratropium in treating acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(36 cases) and control group(36 cases),the treatment group was treated with Salmeterol/fluticasone and Ipratropium,the control group was treated with Budesonide Suspension and Compound Ipratropium.Compare the efficacy,time and cost in hospital for two groups.Results There was no difference in efficacy and hospital time for two groups(p>0.05),but cost of the treatment group were significantly reduced(p<0.05).Conclusion Salmeterol/fluticasone combined with Ipratropium have good therapeutic effects and reduced cost.更多还原
