【摘要】 目的考察银杏叶注射剂对华法林抗凝效果的影响。方法将病人随机分配,联用银杏叶注射剂为A组,没联用的为B组,分别检测在用药后4±1d内患者的凝血酶原时间(PT)、国际标准化比率(INR),观察两组的达标情况和出血情况,运用SPSS11.5统计软件进行数据的分析。结果两组病例的生理、病理及用药情况相近,两组的INR升高值、抗凝达标例数和病人的出血情况均无显著性差异。结论银杏叶注射剂在短时间(4±1)d内对华法林的抗凝效果不存在明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Ginkgo Leaf Preparation,which are frequently-used in our hospital,on anticoagulation of warfarin.Methods Those cases under treatment of warfarin tablets and Ginkgo Leaf Injection were put into group A and others Single use of warfarin into group B.Such indices as prothrombin time(PT),international normalized ratio(INR),reach to target INR and happening of bleeding in 4±1 days after treatment were analyzed by SPSS11.5 statistical software.Results Cases in two groups were similar in physiology,pathology and drug uses and increased INR values,the cases of reach to target INR and happening of bleeding of two groups had no significant difference.Conclusion Ginkgo Leaf Injection have no significant effect on anticoagulation of warfarin in short time(4±1 days).更多还原
