【摘要】 目的:建立血液中五种酰胺类除草剂的气相色谱/质谱联用分析方法。方法:采用环己烷液液提取,气相色谱/质谱联用法定性定量。结果:五种酰胺类除草剂与血中杂质分离良好,回收率分别为:甲草胺80.5%,乙草胺81.8%,丙草胺83.6%,丁草胺84.2%,异丙草胺85.03%,最低检出限分别为:甲草胺50ng/mL,乙草胺150ng/mL,丙草胺50ng/mL,丁草胺50ng/mL,异丙草胺50ng/mL,五种除草剂在0.5～10μg/mL之间均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r>0.999。结论:该方法操作简单快速,重现性好,适合于刑事案件中此类药物的定性定量分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:An analysis method of five acyl-amine herbicides in whole blood by GC/MS is established.Methods:That herbicides were extrated from blood using cycl ohexane,qualitative and quantitative analysis was obtained by GC/MS.Results:The five herbicides can be separated from impurities in blood.The recoveries for Alachlor,Acetochlor,Pretilachlor,Butachlor,Metolachlor were 80.5%,81.8%,83.6%,84.2%,85.03% respectively.The limits of qualification for Alachlor,Acetochlor,Pretilachlor,Butachlor,Metolachlor were 50ng/mL,150ng/mL,50ng/mL,50ng/mL,50ng/mL respectively.The correlation coefficient of linear calibration curve was over 0.999 within concentration range 0.5μg/mL ~20μg/mL.Conclusion:The method was simple,rapid and accurate for qualitative and quantitative analysis of this five herbicides.更多还原
