【摘要】 本文研究了一种用于茶叶中拟除虫菊酯类农药快速检测的方法和仪器。系统考察了提取、净化、测量条件等因素对测量结果的影响。将所建立的拟除虫菊酯快速检测方法和仪器应用到实际茶叶样品的测定,结果表明样品中氯氰菊酯、顺式氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯的添加回收率分别为69%～83%,70%～87%和65%～86%;精密度分别为6%～9%,6%～8.5%和5.8%～8.9%,结果令人满意。由于该法具有操作简便、净化效果好、广谱性强等特点,适用于大量茶叶样品中拟除虫菊酯类农药的快速筛查。更多还原

【Abstract】 A rapid determination method and analyzer for pyrethroid pesticide residue in tea is developed.The effects of experimental parameters,including extraction,purification and measurement,on the determination of pyrethroid pesticide were investigated.The fast analyzer of pyrethroid pesticide residue was successfully applied to determination of pyrethroid pesticide residue in tea.The results showed that pyrethroid pesticide residue fast analyzer has characteristics of rapidness,simplicity and good accuracy.更多还原
