旱冬瓜醇提物化学成分研究

【摘要】 研究旱冬瓜乙醇提取物石油醚萃取部分的化学成分。采用气质联用色谱法(GC-MS)对乙醇提取物石油醚萃取部分进行分离测定,结合质谱数据库MST2008对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,并应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的质量分数。共分离出42种成分,确认其中23种主要成分。乙醇提取物石油醚萃取物的化学成分分析结果有助于发现旱冬瓜的特征性成分,为针对性的提取分离化合物提供参考。

【Abstract】 To study the chemical composition of ethanol extract from petroleum ether extraction phase of Alnus nepalensis.The isolation and determination for ethanol extract from petroleum ether extractions of Alnus nepalensis were studied by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry, with database NIST2008 of Mass Spectrometry, we analyzed the structures of chemical compounds and the peak areas were measured by normalized method in order to evaluate the percentage of different components.42 different components were isolated and the structures of 23 chemical compounds of that were identified. The identification of chemical compounds in ethanol extract from petroleum ether extractions is helpful for finding out characteristic compounds of Alnus nepalensis. The method can be applied in specialized isolation and identification of other samples.
