一次性注射器微粒污染检测方法初探
The discussion of particle pollution experimental methods for single use syringes
【摘要】 目的:目前国内外对注射器微粒含量均无检验标准及方法。本文以输液器的标准与方法为参考,对注射器微粒含量检测方法进行实验研究,探索相对科学的检测方法。方法:采用粒子计数法,分别测量空白对照液和洗脱液的微粒含量。结果:两组间<100μm粒径的微粒含量有显著差异。结论:粒子计数法可作为一次性注射器微粒含量的实验方法。
【Abstract】 Objective:At home and abroad on the syringe particulates were no inspection criteria and methods.This infusion of standards and methods for reference,syringe particulate determination method for experimental studies,exploring the science of detection. Methods:Particle count method,respectively measuring empty controlled liquid washing and liquid removal of particulates.Results:Between the two groups < 100 μm significant differences in size of particulates.Conclusion:Particle count method can be used as disposable syringe experimental methods for particulates.
