【摘要】 利用火焰原子吸收光谱法中常用的消解方法(湿法消解法和干灰化法)对文山中草药三七中总铅和铬含量进行测定研究,通过比较不同前处理方法的检测结果、试剂消耗量、所用时间,找出每种方法的优劣。干灰化法时间短;湿法消解耗费时间长,酸用量大,其溶出率相对干灰化法低。本研究对三七中总铅和铬含量测定的方法选择有一定意义。

【Abstract】 Two pretreatment methods,wet digestion and dry ash methods,were applied to Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FAAS) in this study to determine the total Lead and Chromium in Pseudo-ginsengs.The two pretreatment methods were compared in such aspects as the detection efficacy,needed reagents,and time consumption to find the advantages and disadvantages of each method.The results showed that the dry ash method was time saving,while the wet digestion method needed large quantity of acids and had low extraction ratio.The findings of this study will be useful for the selection of methods to determine the total contents of Lead and Chromium in Pseudo-ginsengs.
