【摘要】 运用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法(SPME-GC-MS)测定百合中的挥发性成分。百合中鉴定出31种挥发性成分,主要为苯甲酸甲酯(26.6%)、3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇(14.2%)、3,4-二甲氧基甲苯(8.5%)、(Z)-3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-十八烷三烯(4.1%)和2-正戊基呋喃(3.8%)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The volatile compounds of Lily were identified by using the SPME-GC-MS method. 31 kinds of volatile compounds were identified in Lily.The main compounds were Benzoic acid,methyl ester(26.6%),1,6-Octadien-3-ol,3,7-dimethyl-(14.2),3,4-Dimethoxytoluene(8.5%),1,3,6-Octadien,3,7-dimethyl-,(Z)-(4.1%) and furan,2-pentyl-(3.8%).更多还原
