番茄汁对镉中毒小鼠体内抗氧化酶活力的影响

【摘要】 [目的]比较番茄汁和单体番茄红素对镉中毒小鼠抗氧化酶活力影响的差异。[方法]小鼠饲喂CdCl2、番茄红素或不同浓度番茄汁,4周后处死,测定肝、肾镉含量,测血清尿素氮(BUN)及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的含量,测定血、肝、肾超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)的含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力。[结果]与染镉组相比,番茄红素、番茄汁可促进肝、肾镉的排出,降低BUN、ALT的含量,降低血、肝、肾MDA的含量,使SOD、GSH-PX的活力恢复,以上各指标中,番茄汁随着浓度增大作用加强,低剂量组的作用虽比番茄红素组差,中剂量组的作用与番茄红素组相比无差别,高剂量组的作用比番茄红素组强。[结论]番茄汁对镉中毒小鼠肝、肾损伤的保护作用强于番茄红素,这可能与番茄红素和果汁中的其他植物化学物质发挥协同作用有关。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the different effects of tomato juice and lycopene on antioxidation in mice induced by Cd.[Methods]The mice were given Cd,lycopene and different concentration of tomato juice. After 4 weeks,the Cd levels of liver and kidney,the activity of alanine aminotranferase(ALT)and the content of blood urea-nitrogen(BUN)in serum of mice were measured. The activitives of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),the content of malonydiadehyde(MDA)in serum,liver and kidney of mice were also measured.[Results]Compared with the model group,the Cd levels of liver and kidney,the serum level of ALT and BUN,the contents of MDA in serum,liver and kidney in tomato juice group and lycopene group were decreased. However,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were increased. The protective effects showed dose-effect trend. The effects of low dose group were weaker than those of lycopene group,but there was no difference between the middle dose group and the lycopene group. The effect of high dose group was stronger than those of lycopene group.[Conclusion]Tomato juice has better protective effect on the damage of liver and kidney of mice induced by Cd than that of lycopne group,which was not only related to lycopene but also related to other phytochemicals,which may have synergistical interaction with lycopene.
