【摘要】 [目的]观察标准化屋尘螨变应原提取液特异性免疫治疗儿童支气管哮喘的不良反应发生情况,评估其安全性。[方法]97例临床诊断为屋尘螨过敏的支气管哮喘患儿接受了33周皮下注射标准化屋尘螨变应原提取液特异性免疫治疗,观察剂量递增阶段及维持治疗阶段每次注射后速发及迟发不良反应发生情况、临床表现并予相应处理,总结不良反应发生的规律。[结果]97例患儿共注射了2 431次,共37例287人次发生不良反应(11.8%)。其中速发不良反应25例230人次(9.46%),迟发不良反应19例57人次(2.34%);局部不良反应和全身不良反应分别为234人次(9.62%)和53人次(2.18%)。局部不良反应主要表现为红肿,20例出现哮喘相关症状,无1例发生严重过敏反应。剂量递增阶段和维持治疗阶段分别有214人次及73人次发生不良反应。[结论]标准化屋尘螨变应原提取液特异性免疫治疗儿童支气管哮喘不良反应发生少、程度轻、耐受性好,严格掌握指征及执行操作规范可减少不良反应发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate side effects of specific immunotherapy(SIT)with standardized house dust mite(HDM)extract in the treatment of asthmatic children.[Methods]97 children with HDM allergic asthma received subcutaneous SIT for 33 weeks.The early and late side effects(SEs)after each injection during up dosing phase and maintenance phase were recorded and treated accordingly.[Results]97 children received 2 431 injections,287 adverse reactions occurred(11.8%)in 37 patients.230 early SEs were registered in 25 patients(9.46%),57 late SEs were recorded in 19 patients(2.34%);234 local reactions(9.62%)and 53 systemic SEs(2.18%)were reported respectively.Local reactions included swelling and redness around injection site.20 patients experienced asthmatic symptoms.None had severe allergic reactions.The number of SEs during up dosing and maintenance phases was 214 and 73 respectively.[Conclusion]SIT with standardized HDM extract in the treatment of allergic childhood asthma has small and mild SEs.SIT is a safe and well tolerated treatment complying with the guidelines.更多还原
