【摘要】 [目的]应用神经症诊断标准和方法,探索各类神经症早期发现、早期干预的规范方法。利用整体调整,综合治疗手段提高临床治疗效果,提高临床医学及综合医院各临床科对神经症的认识和了解。[方法]应用中国精神疾病分类及诊断标准CCMD-3,结合精神科检查,心理测量方法,在综合医院精神科日常门诊中对116例神经症进行诊断,同时应用整体调整方法对116例各类神经症实施支持和营养脑细胞、抗焦虑剂、抗抑郁剂、联合低剂量镇静催眠剂、中医镇静催眠药物,心理疏导进行综合治疗。[结果]在116例各类神经症中神经衰弱伴发焦虑的61例,抑郁性神经症29例、癔症13例,强迫及其他神经症13例。应用整体调整方法进行综合治疗的99例,对症处理的17例。治疗结果,临床治愈66例,显效30例,差13例。无效7例。[结论]应用中国精神疾病分类及诊断标准,是各类神经症早期发现、早期诊断的规范方法。本研究发现:各类神经症好发年龄36～45多见。脑力劳动者多发。各类神经症中焦虑、抑郁性神经症明显高于癔症,强迫性及其他神经症`。大部分有着明显的社会、心理诱发因素。应用整体调整方法对116例各类神经症进行综合治疗,治疗效果肯定,有效率83%。用整体调整方法,综合治疗各类神经症值得借鉴和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]With the diagnosis standard and method,we applied neurosis examination to early detect and early intervene all kind of neurosis.By whole adjustment,comprehensive treatment was used to improve the clinic effect,and improve the recognition and understanding of neurosis in hospitals.[Methods]With the Chinese spirit disease classification and diagnosis criteria CCMD-3,116 patients with neurosis in comprehensive hospitals were detected by psychiatric detection and mental health measurement.The whole adjustment method was used to the 116 patients with Support with the nourishment brain cell,Anti-anxious,The anti-suppresses a depressor,Unite quiet soporific,traditional Chinese sedation drug and mental health.[Results]Among 116 patients with neurosis,61 patients had nervous prostration and anxiety,29 patients had depressive neurosis,13 patients had hysteria,and 13 patients had other neurosis diseases.Comprehensive adjustment was taken to 99 patients,and 17 patients were treated.The treatment results showed 66 were healed,30 had significant effect,and 13 had worse effect.[Conclusion]Application of Chinese spirit disease classification and diagnosis criteria is the normal method of early detection and diagnosis of all kinds of neurosis.Our results showed the neurosis diseases were usually happened the age of 36 to 45 years.Most of the patients were mental workers.The occurrence of anxiety and depression were frequently than that of hysteria,obsessive and other neurosis.Most of the diseases were induced by the society and mental problems.116 patients were treated by the comprehensive adjustment.The treatment effect was efficacy,and the effect rate was 83%.The comprehensive adjustment is worth of treating the neurosis disease.更多还原
