【摘要】 [目的]了解江苏省疾病预防控制中心(CDC)专业技术人员培训现状,为科学制定培训计划提供依据。[方法]通过专业技术人员培训调查表进行调查,Excel建立数据库,运用SAS9.1软件统计分析。[结果]2008～2009年,江苏省CDC专业技术人员参加培训合计484期、2249人次。培训内容主要包括疾病预防控制、实验室检测检验、卫生应急处置。培训形式以培训班为主,省级培训居多,培训时间多为3～6d。培训人员职称以中、高级为主。[结论]通过参加培训,专业技术人员科研和业务水平得到一定提高,但也存在培训机会不均衡、培训形式较为单一等问题,应采取需求调查、有针对性的培训等措施加强培训工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the status of training of professionals in Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Prevention and Control(CDC),to provide evidence for instituting scientific training plans.[Methods]Data were collected by training questionnaires,database was established by Excel and analyzed by SAS 9.1.[Results]During 2008～2009,the total number of training courses was 484 and 2 249 person-times.The main training contents were disease prevention and control,laboratory examination and handling of health emergency.The main form was training class with a majority of provincial level training,and the main training period was 3-6 days.The professional titles were mainly middle and senior levels.[Conclusion]By participating training courses,the professionals get improved both in scientific research and in professional qualification.But they did not have equal opportunities of training and the form of training was monotonous.We should take some measures like requirements investigation and targeted training to enhance personnel training.更多还原
