【摘要】 [目的]探讨子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者的围手术期处理方法。[方法]2008年3月~2011年2月期间,我科共收治子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者125例,其中39例患者具有子宫肌瘤的手术指征,现回顾分析这39例患者的临床资料。[结果]在手术后,39例患者有35例患者切口Ⅰ期愈合,4例患者伤口Ⅱ期愈合,阴道残端均愈合良好。在整个住院过程中,39例患者均未出现糖尿病酮症酸中毒、非酮症高渗性昏迷、低血糖症等严重并发症。[结论]应重视子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者的降糖治疗,降糖治疗可以使子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者安全度过围手术期。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the perioperative treatment for patients with diabetes mellitus combined with uterine fibroids.[Methods]From March 2008-February 2011,125 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus combined with uterine fibroids,39 patients with indications of uterine fibroids for surgery,whose data were retrospectively analyzed.[Results]After surgery,35 patients were with stage Ⅰwound healing,4 patients with stage Ⅱ wound healing,vaginal stump healed well.In the course of the hospitalization,39 patients were not found with diabetic ketoacidosis,hyperosmolar nonketotic diabetic coma,hypoglycemia and other serious complications.[Conclusion]It should pay attention to hypoglycemic treatment for diabetic patients with uterine fibroids,the treatment can make diabetic patient safe through the peroperative period.更多还原
