【摘要】 [目的]了解2009年河南省其他感染性腹泻发病率水平及流行特征。[方法]使用描述流行病学方法,对2009年河南省其他感染性腹泻报告病例进行分析。[结果]2009年河南省共报告其他感染性腹泻27326例,发病率为28.98/10万,报告死亡2例,死亡率为0.002/10万。全年均有发病,以7月和10月份发病最多,夏秋季节为高发期。散居儿童和老年人为高发人群;男性高于女性。[结论]其他感染性腹泻发病率仍较高,应高度关注,加强监测和预防控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To research the incidence level and epidemic characteristics of other infective diarrhea in Henan Province.[Methods]By descriptive epidemiology,we analyzed the other diarrheal cases reported on net by Henan Province in 2009.[Results]Twenty-seven thousand three hundred and twenty-six cases of the other diarrheal diseases were reported in Henan Province in 2009.The incidence rate of the other infective diarrheal in Henan in 2009 were 28.98/100 000.Two death cases of other infective diarrheal in Henan in 2009 were reported and the mortality was 0.002/100 000.There were cases in whole year,but the higher months were July and October.So the summer and fall were the high seasons in incidence.Scattered children and the elderly were the higher groups in incidence of other infective diarrheal disease.The incidence rate of male was higher than that of female.[Conclusion]The incidence rate of other infective diarrheal disease was still high,so it should be strengthened in supervising and preventing.更多还原
