【摘要】 [目的]了解单胎妊娠唐氏筛查AFP、β-HCG参考值及其2倍是否可运用于双胎妊娠。探讨双胎妊娠产前筛查方法。[方法]随机选择单胎妊娠56例,双胎妊娠55例,孕15周、20周化学发光法检测孕妇血清AFP、β-HCG。孕妇追踪至妊娠终止,新生儿常规体格检查。[结果]①孕15周双胎妊娠孕妇血清AFP、β-HCG水平是单胎妊娠的2.27、1.90倍。孕20周双胎妊娠孕妇血清AFP、β-HCG水平是单胎妊娠的2.66、1.69倍。②孕15、20周单胎妊娠孕妇血清AFP及孕20周β-HCG水平的2倍与双胎妊娠差异有统计学意义(P=0.005,P=0.005,P=0.0001),孕15单胎妊娠孕妇血清β-HCG的2倍与双胎妊娠差异无统计学意义(P=0.727)。[结论]单胎妊娠孕妇唐氏筛查AFP、β-HCG的参考值及其2倍不能应用于双胎妊娠。双胎妊娠产前筛查方法需进一步探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the Down’s screen value of AFP,β-HCG in singleton and its dubble can be used as the reference of twins.The prenatal screening method for twins was discussed.[Methods]56 cases of singletons and 55 cases of twins were randomly selected,serum AFP,β-HCG level were detected using chemilumiescent immunoassay at 15weeks and 20 weeks.All the pregnant and neonatal outcomes were recorded.[Results]The value of AFP,β-HCG in twins was 2.27 and 1.90 times as that of singleton at 15 gestational week and 2.66 and 1.69 times as that of singleton at 20 gestational week.There was significant different between the dubble AFP value of singleton and the value of twins at 15 and 20 gestational week and the β-HCG value at 20 weeks.There was no significant different between the dubble β-HCG value of singleton and the value of twins at 15 week.[Conclusion]The standard value for Down’s screen of singletons and its dubble can not be used in twins directly.The prenatal screening method for twins is needed to be further discussed.更多还原
