【摘要】 [目的]探讨前哨淋巴结组织印片在结肠癌术中诊断治疗的应用。[方法]对6例结肠癌肿瘤手术获取的前哨淋巴结标本进行组织印片细胞检测,并与常规石蜡切片诊断结果进行对比。[结果]组织印片细胞制片时间平均为5min,染色效果好,与常规石蜡切边诊断结果相比,前哨淋巴结的结果准确率达到80%以上,存在1例阳性非前哨淋巴结细胞漏检。[结论]组织印片检测可以适用于结肠癌前哨淋巴结的检测,可以在一定程度上替代冰冻切片等检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the application of sentinel lymph node imprints for evaluating the diagnosis and treatment outcomes of colon cancer.[Methods]The sentinel lymph node imprints from six patients were compared with the conventional paraffin sections for cellular diagnosis.[Results]To achieve a good staining effect,the average preparing time for sentinel lymph node imprints was 5 minutes. Compared with the conventional paraffin method,the accuracy rate of diagnosis by applying the sentinel lymph node imprints was 80%. Only one case was undetected.[Conclusion]During the colon cancer surgery,the sentinel lymph node imprint method has important reference value as the initial detection of the regional lymph node metastasis. Tissue imprint method can be applied well to the sentinel lymph node. Moreover,it may replace the frozen section method for the metastasis diagnosis.更多还原
