XRCC1基因多态性与脑胶质瘤相关性研究
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN XRCC1 POLYMORPHISMS AND ADULT GLIOMAS
【摘要】 [目的]脑胶质瘤是一种常见的脑部恶性肿瘤,其发生是环境因素与遗传因素交互作用的结果,本研究目的在于探讨XRCC1基因多态性与脑胶质瘤基因的关系。[方法]采用1︰1配对病例对照设计,收集本院入院的89名患有脑胶质瘤的病例和89名未患肿瘤的对照,采用Logistic回归探讨XRCC1基因多态性对脑胶质瘤发病风险的影响以及和环境因素的交互作用。[结果]病例组中脑肿瘤家族史和遭受过电离辐射患者的比例明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。携带GA基因型的研究对象,患脑胶质瘤的危险性明显高于携带GG基因的研究对象[OR(95%)=1.53(1.03~3.68)]。携带AA等位基因的个体,罹患脑胶质瘤的风险也高于GG基因型的个体,但差异无统计学意义[OR(95%)=1.46(0.95~3.46)]。[结论]XRCC1基因多态性与脑胶质瘤的发生有明显的相关性,该研究能为脑胶质瘤的病因学研究提供必要的科学依据。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the relationship between the XRCC1 polymorphisms and adult gliomas.[Methods]A age and sex matched 1︰1 case-control study including 89 cases and 89 controls were taken. The logistic regression analysis was conducted to explore the association between the XRCCI polymorphisms and adult gliomas,and the association between the gene polymorphisms and environment intervention.[Results]The proportion of individuals with adult gliomas history and ionizing radiation was significantly higher than that of controls(P﹤0.05). Individuals carrying XRCCI GA was significantly increased the risk of gliomas when compared with those with XRCCI GG[OR(95%)=[1.53(1.03-3.68)]. The individuals with XRCCI AA increased the risk of gliomas when compared with those with XRCCI GG,but no significant association was found[OR(95%)=1.46(0.95-3.46)].[Conclusion]There was significant association between the XRCC1 polymorphisms and adult gliomas,and our study could provide information for the etiology of adult gliomas.
