【摘要】 [目的]探讨高血压合并糖尿病对老年人心血管疾病的影响。[方法]选择我院2009年7月～2010年7月期间收治的老年高血压合并糖尿病患者80例为研究组,另选取同期入院体检的血压和血糖均正常的健康人群80例为对照组。经相关检测后分别对两组患者的颈动脉超声测量指标和超声心动图测量指标进行比较分析。[结果]与对照组患者相比,研究组患者颈动脉超声测量指标CCA-IMT和ICA-IMT均显著提高,而CCA-PSV和ICA-PSV则显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。与此同时,研究组患者超声心动图测量指标IVST、LVPW、LVMI、LVMI均显著提高,而peakE/A则显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]高血压合并糖尿病与老年人心血管疾病之间存在着一定的相关性,对于减少老年高血压合并糖尿病患者心血管疾病的发生具有十分重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To probe into the effect of hypertension and diabetes for elderly with cardiovascular disease.[Methods]80 patients with hypertension and diabetes were selected July 2009 - July 2010 admitted to the elderly during the for the study group,and 80 normal healthy people with blood pressure and blood sugar were selected as control group. The carotid artery ultrasound and echocardiography indexes were detected and analyzed.[Results]Compared with control group,the carotid artery ultrasound study group measure of CCA-IMT and ICA-IMT were significantly increased,there were significant differences(P﹤0.05). At the same time,the study patients echocardiography measure IVST,LVPW,LVMI and LVMI were significantly increased,while peak E/A was significantly lower,there was also significant difference(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]Hypertension and diabetes had a certain relationship with cardiovascular disease among the elderly,the reduction of diabetes mellitus in elderly hypertensive patients with cardiovascular diseases is of great clinical significance.更多还原
