【摘要】 [目的]探讨S100A8在内毒素休克小鼠肝脏组织中的表达。[方法]SPF级BALB/c小鼠随机分为正常对照组和LPS处理组(LPS刺激1h、3h和6h,LPS剂量为35mg/kg);采用免疫组织化学染色法检测两组肝脏组织S100A8蛋白水平的变化。[结果]S100A8在内毒素休克小鼠肝组织的胞浆及胞膜上表达增强。[结论]S100A8在内毒素休克的肝组织中表达增强,提示S100A8可能参与LPS诱导的信号转导。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the expression of S100A8 in endotoxic shock.[Methods]BALB/c mice were assigned to 2 groups:the control group and LPS-treated group(1h,3h and 6h after peritoneal injection of LPS). The protein expression of S100A8 was tested through immunohistochemistry.[Results]It showed that the protein expression of S100A8 was increased in the plasma and plasma membrane of liver cells.[Conclusion]The expression of S100A8 is increased in liver of endotoxic shock,it suggests that S100A8 probably participates in the signal transduction of LPS.更多还原
