【摘要】 [目的]了解常州市婚检人群HIV感染情况,针对性地制定防治对策。[方法]采集空腹静脉血,ELISA法初筛检测HIV抗体,WB法进行确证。[结果]初筛1例HIV抗体阳性反应,经确证为HIV-1抗体阳性。[结论]常州籍男性经性传播导致HIV感染,应在婚育人群中开展艾滋病筛查和健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study HIV infections in the population of health checkup before marriage in Changzhou,so as to adopt effective management and prevention of AIDS.[Methods]Fast blood was taken to test Anti-HIV with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and confirmed with western blotting(WB).[Results]One sample was suspicious to Anti-HIV and diagnosed as HIV-1.[Conclusion]One male from Changzhou was infected by HIV through sexually transmission,and it should be carried out within marriage crowd of AIDS screening and health education.更多还原
