【摘要】 [目的]分析老年高血压患者治疗依从性状况及其影响因素,提出有效干预措施。[方法]采用统一调查表格对294例老年高血压患者依从性情况进行调查,调查内容为患者一般情况、患病情况、治疗情况与服药依从性情况。[结果]男性患者应服药(659.5±47.2)次,实服药(457.1±23.4)次,漏服药(202.1±7.8)次;女性患者应服药(671.3±61.8)次,实服药(587.9±20.7)次,漏服药(83.7±5.2)次,差异有统计学意义(t=50.3399、150.2641,P﹤0.001);不同年龄、不同地区、不同文化程度、不同病程患者治疗依从性差异均有统计学意义(χ2=42.38;t=20.8982、35.4139;χ2=20.40;χ2=32.93;P﹤0.01)。[结论]老年高血压患者治疗依从性与患者性别、年龄、地域、文化程度和病程密切相关;对老年高血压患者进行系统管理和督导服药等综合干预措施,是提高患者治疗依从性的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To analyze the compliance and the influence factors of high hypertension cases,and provide effective intervention measures.[Methods]By a unified form,294 cases were investigated about hypertension,the questionnaires included general situation,sick situation,treatment situation and drugs situation.[Results]The average drugs times were 659.5±47.2 in male patients,actual drugs were 457.1±23.4 times and leak drugs were 202.1±7.8 times,drugs times were 671.3±61.8 times of women patients,actual drugs were 587.9±20.7 times and leak drugs were 83.7±5.2 times,the differences had statistically significant significance(t = 50.339 9,150.264 1,P﹤0.001);The different age,different area,different cultural level and different compliance had statistically significant significance(χ2 = 42.38;t = 20.898 2,35.413 9;χ2 = 20.40;χ2 = 32.93;P﹤0.01).[Conclusion]The older hypertension cases treatment doctor words and patients gender,age,area,cultural level and incidence times were closely related,comprehensive intervention measures should be taken for older hypertension cases,including system management and look drugs,and improve the compliance of patients.更多还原
