【摘要】 [目的]评价快速输血免疫胶体金法检测的筛查效能。[方法]对本院部分急诊手术患者进行HBsAg、抗HCV、抗HIV1/2、抗TP检测,并与ELISA诊断技术进行对比。[结果]快速输血免疫胶体金法检测敏感性依次为HCV(96.67)、HBsAg(96.65)、HIV(95.24)和TP(91.84)。特异性依次为HIV(99.97)、TP(99.94)、HCV(99.92)和HBsAg(99.91)。4个检测项目的阴性预测值都在99.5以上。[结论]在急诊手术前,通过快速输血免疫胶体金法检测能够最大限度地减低医务工作者的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To assess the screen efficiency of Dot-Immunogold Filtration Assay applied in blood transfusion.[Methods]We compared the results of Dot-Immunogold Filtration Assay with ELISA.[Results]The sensitivity of Dot-Immunogold Filtration Assay was as follows:HCV(96.67%),HBsAg(96.65%),HIV(95.24%)and TP(91.84%).The specificity of Dot-Immunogold Filtration Assay was as follows:HIV(99.97%),TP(99.94%),HCV(99.92%)and HBsAg(99.91%).The negative predictive value was all over 99.5%.[Conclusion]Dot-Immunogold Filtration Assay applied in blood transfusion can reduce the risk of the medical workers before the emergent operation.更多还原
