【摘要】 [目的]探讨乳腺癌患者外周血中调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Tregs)数量的变化及意义。[方法]选取35例未经治疗的乳腺癌患者、35例术后并化疗后的乳腺癌患者和25例健康人,采集其外周抗凝血,用流式细胞术检测CD4+CD25+CD127-调节性T细胞的表达。[结果]未经治疗的乳腺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+CD127-的表达显著高于健康人,差异有统计学意义;术后并化疗后的乳腺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+CD127-的表达与正常人无明显差异。[结论]乳腺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+CD127-调节性T细胞的比例增加可能引起乳腺癌免疫逃逸,并可能在乳腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the expressions and significance of regulatory T cells(Tregs)in peripheral blood of breast cancer patients.[Methods]We selected 35 patients with untreated breast cancer,35 cases with breast cancer after surgery and chemotherapy patients and 35 healthy people,and their peripheral anticoagulated blood were collected.Flow cytometry was employed to determine the expression level of CD4+CD25+CD127-Tregs.[Results]In peripheral blood of untreated breast cancer patients,the expression level of CD4+CD25+CD127-Tregs was significantly higher than that of healthy people,the difference was statistically significant.In peripheral blood of breast cancer patients after surgery and chemotherapy,the expression level of CD4+CD25+CD127-Tregs was not different with normal control.[Conclusion]The increase of CD4+CD25+CD127-regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of breast cancer patients may cause immune escape of breast cancer,and that may play an important role in the development of breast cancer.更多还原
