【摘要】 [目的]建立评价标准,分析2004-2009年成都市疾控系统微生物实验室能力验证结果。[方法]采用Z分值评价实验室微生物定量指标检测能力,∣Z∣≤2为结果满意,2﹤∣Z∣﹤3为结果可疑,∣Z∣≥3为结果不可接受;采用关键控制点分项评分的百分制评价实验室微生物定性指标检测能力。[结果]2004～2009年成都市疾控系统微生物实验室能力验证结果表明,参试实验室的微生物定量指标检测质量较好,同时在微生物定性指标检测能力考核获满意评价的参试实验室逐步增加。[结论]建立的实验室能力验证评价标准客观实用,促进了参试实验室检测质量的持续改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To establish the evaluation criterion,and analyze the results of proficiency testing in CDC microbiology laboratories in Chengdu from 2004 to 2009.[Methods]Evaluated the ability of the microbiological laboratory quantitative detections with Z scores,which recognized the result of ∣Z∣≤2 as satisfactory,2﹤∣Z∣﹤3 as suspicious and ∣Z∣ ≥ 3 as unacceptable;while qualitation detection with critical control point system.[Results]The proficiency testing results indicated that the quantitative detections in the tested laboratories were acceptable and the amount of laboratories awarded satisfactory increased.[Conclusion]The established evaluation criterions of laboratory proficiency testing are objective and practical,which promote the continuous improvement in quality of laboratory detection.更多还原
