【摘要】 [目的]调查分析四川省乡镇卫生院卫生人员参加培训目的需求及其影响因素,为进一步探索乡镇卫生院卫生人员培训方式提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查的方法,对四川省宝兴县、彭州市29个乡镇卫生院679名乡镇卫生院卫生人员进行调查,并采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析相结合的统计方法进行分析,探讨乡镇卫生院卫生人员参加培训目的需求及其影响因素,并进行模型拟合与诊断。[结果]调查的乡镇卫生院卫生人员中,希望通过参加培训提高临床能力的占53.5%,提高理论水平的占34.0%,其他目的的占12.5%;通过拟合多项Logit模型表明对乡镇卫生院卫生人员参加培训目的有意义的影响因素分别为职业、职称、月收入和学历。[结论]对于乡镇卫生院卫生人员的培训,可以根据职业、职称、学历等多层次结构,建立灵活的多形式相结合的培训模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate and analyse the demand for training of health personnel in rural hospitals in Sichuan Province and its influence factors,in order to further explore ways of rural hospitals to provide the bases for the training of health personnel.[Methods]Used questionnaire to interview 679 health workers in 29 rural hospitals in Pengzhou and Baoxing of Sichuan province.And used univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis to explore the demand for training and its influence factors among rural hospitals health personnel,and carried out the model fitting and diagnostics.[Results]Health personnel in the investigation,who hoping to improve clinical skills through participation in training accounted for 53.5%,raising the theoretical level accounted for 34.0%,12.5% for other purposes.Multinomial Logit model showed that meaningful influence factors were occupation,title,monthly income and educational level.[Conclusion]The training of health personnel in rural hospitals may be based on multi-layered structures such as occupation,title,educational level to establish a flexible combination of various forms of training patterns.更多还原
