【摘要】 [目的]探讨电子阴道镜在宫颈疾病诊断中的应用价值。[方法]对258例行阴道镜检查并于镜下定位取宫颈活组织检查的宫颈疾病患者结果进行回顾性分析。[结果]258例患者中,病理诊断为慢性宫颈炎145例,宫颈湿疣17例,宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)I61例,CINII20例,CINIIII8例,宫颈浸润癌4例,其他3例,阴道镜对慢性宫颈炎、宫颈湿疣、CINI、CINII、CINIII和宫颈浸润癌的诊断符合率分别为84.8%、100%、67.7%、85.0%、87.5%和100%。[结论]电子阴道镜检查对早期诊断宫颈疾病,尤其对诊断宫颈湿疣及CIN有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the clinical value of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical diseases.[Methods]Colposcopy results with concurrent cervical biopsy of 258 cases with abnormal cervical diseases were retrospectively analyzed.[Results]Among the patients by biopsy pathologic examination,it was found 145 cases with chronic cervical inflammation,17 cases with condyloma,61 cases with CINI,20 cases with CINII,8 cases with CINIII,4 cases with cervical invasive carcinoma,3 cases with other cervical diseases respectively.Compared with biopsy pathologic examination,the concordant rate of colposcopy examination was 84.8% for chronic cervical inflammation,100% for condyloma,67.7% for CINI,85.0% for CINII,87.5% for CINIII and 100% for cervical invasive carcinoma respectively.[Conclusion]Colposcopic examination is of significant diagnosis value for cervical diseases,especially for condyloma and CIN.更多还原
