【摘要】 [目的]探讨钢板内固定联合外固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的临床疗效。[方法]选择2007年6月～2010年3月期间某院收治的不稳定型骨盆骨折患者26例,患者经明确诊断后均行骨盆外固定架和重建钢板内固定的联合手术治疗,并对其临床治疗效果进行深入细致的分析。[结果]26例患者经治疗后未发生死亡病例,术后平均随访时间为18个月,且随访率为100%。经随访复查所有骨折均获骨性愈合,在去除外固定架和内固定钢板后的骨盆环位置较好。治疗效果为优19例,占73.08%;良6例,占23.08%;可1例,占3.84%;优良率高达96.16%。[结论]采用钢板内固定和外固定联合应用治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的过程中,其疗效确切,效果显著,是不稳定型骨盆骨折患者较为理想的治疗方法,值得进一步的推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the plate fixation with external fixation in treatment of unstable pelvic fracture.[Methods]26 cases of unstable pelvic fractures in our hospital from June 2007-March 2010 were diagnosed,then pelvic external fixation and plate fixation of the joint reconstruction surgeries were carried out,and the clinical effect was analysed.[Results]In this study,none died cases were found in 26 patients,mean follow-up time was 18 months,and follow-up rate was 100%.All fractures were healed,the location of pelvic ring was good.The therapeutic effect of 19 cases was excellent,73.08%;good in 6 cases,accounting for 23.08%;1 case,accounting for 3.84%;excellent and good rate of 96.16%.[Conclusion]The combined treatment with plate fixation and external fixation in unstable pelvic fractures has obvious curative effect and significant effect,which is also an ideal treatment in patients with unstable pelvic fractures,and worthy of further promotion and application.更多还原
