【摘要】 [目的]对改良张力带钢丝与镍钛记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的疗效进行比较分析。[方法]收集我院自2005年7月～2010年6月治疗的93例髌骨骨折的患者,根据患者意愿,分为两组分别进行镍钛记忆合金髌骨爪(50例)以及改良张力带钢丝内固定术(43例)治疗,观察两种治疗方法对髌骨骨折的疗效。[结果]改良张力带钢丝内固定组43例患者,优24例,良10例,可6例,差3例,优良率为79.07%;镍钛记忆合金髌骨爪组,优36例,良9例,可4例,差1例,优良率为90.00%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),且镍钛记忆合金髌骨爪固定组并发症少。[结论]镍钛记忆合金髌骨爪固定术是治疗髌骨骨折的较为有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze the modified tension band wire and nickel-titanium shape memory alloy patella in treatment of patellar fracture.[Methods]We collected 93 cases of patellar fractures in our hospital from July 2005-June 2010.According to the wishes of patients,we divided them into two groups,including separate memory alloy patella(50 cases)and the modified tension band wire fixation surgery(43 patients).We observed the efficacy of treating patella fractures.[Results]43 patients were treated with modified tension band wire,and 24 cases showed excellent,10 cases showed good,6 cases showed improved,and 3 cases showed poor.The good and excellent rate was 79.07%;In the nickel-titanium shape memory alloy patella group,36 cases were excellent,9 cases were good,4 cases were improved and 1 case was poor.The excellent and good rate was 90.00%,there was significant difference in two groups(P﹤0.05),and there was little complications in the nickel-titanium shape memory alloy patella fixed group.[Conclusion]The nitinol patella fixation is the effective method in treatment of patellar fracture.更多还原
