溶血因素对血清蛋白电泳结果的影响分析

【摘要】 [目的]用琼脂糖凝胶电泳系统来探讨溶血因素对血清蛋白电泳结果的影响以及不同程度溶血对结果的影响。[方法]在Sebia电泳仪上分别测定无溶血血清和溶血血清的血清蛋白含量,对结果进行统计学分析。[结果]血红蛋白迁移到Alpha-2球蛋白和Beta球蛋白区带间,血红蛋白含量≥0.16g/L时,Alpha-2+Beta区带百分比增加,P﹤0.05,测定结果有显著性差异,血红蛋白含量≤0.08g/L时,P﹥0.05,测定结果差异无统计学意义。[结论]溶血可导致电泳中血清蛋白含量的改变,且随溶血程度的增加,对结果影响加剧,溶血标本不应用于血清蛋白电泳。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the effect of hemolysis and various degrees of hemolysis on human serum protein electrophoresis.[Methods]Non-hemolyzed and hemolyzed samples were electrophoresed by Sebia Hydrasys system.Serum proteins were quantitated and statistic analysis was performed.[Results]The hemoglobin was migrated to the area between the alpha-2 globulin and beta globulin.When the hemoglobin concentration was greater than 0.16 g/L,the relative amounts of alpha-2 and beta bands increased and they showed a significant difference(P﹤0.05).But when hemoglobin level decreased to 0.08 g/L and less,these two bands didn’t show a significant difference(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]Hemolysis can affect the result of human serum protein electrophoresis.The effect is more obvious when the hemolysis is more severe.As a result,hemolyzed samples shouldn’t be used for human serum protein electrophoresis.
