【摘要】 [目的]通过对上海市闵行区流动人口避孕节育干预项目对研究对象宫内节育器(IUD)和安全套使用的影响分析,评估干预措施的效果。[方法]多阶段整群抽取上海市闵行区流动人口集中的工厂、建筑工地、服务娱乐场所,随机分干预组和对照组。通过倡导、动员,管理,培训,宣传教育,咨询服务,技术服务,随访服务,转诊机制等干预活动对研究对象进行干预。应用卡方检验及有序多分类Logistic回归分析等方法对其影响进行分析。[结果]本研究基线共调查2001人,评估调查时随访到有效样本1791人(失访率10.49%)。研究期间,干预组对象的查环率、避孕套的坚持使用的比例均显著高于对照组。查环率的多因素Logistic回归分析显示干预活动的调整OR为4.280,95%可信区间为2.912～6.291;最近3次性生活是否均使用避孕套的多因素分析显示干预活动的OR为2.483,95%可信区间为1.226～5.028。[结论]干预项目取得一定成效,促进了流动人口宫内节育器的检查和安全套的正确使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the effects of contraception behavioral intervention on IUD and condom use among migrants in Minhang district,Shanghai.[Methods]Interventions were as follows:advocacy,mobilization,management,training,publicity and education,advisory services,technical services,follow-up services and referral mechanisms.The subjects those worked in factories,construction sites,services places of entertainment were selected with multi-stage random cluster sampling in Minhang District,Shanghai,then divided into intervention group and control group.[Results]Total 2 001 migrants were investigated in the baseline survey and 1 791 was followed in the evaluation survey.During the study period,the rate of checking IUDs,insisting on condom use in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group.The multi-Logistic analysis showed that the adjusted OR value was 4.280(95% CI:2.192-6.291)of whether checking the IUDs,and that the adjusted OR value was 2.483(95%CI:1.226-5.028)of whether using condom during the last three time of sexual behavior.[Conclusion]The intervention program makes some effects for the IUD checking and condom use among migrants.更多还原
