【摘要】 [目的]了解乡镇药品监督协管站建设与运行情况,促进其健康发展。[方法]以江西为例,采取随机抽样,对全省乡镇药品监督协管站进行调查。[结果]乡镇协管站建设情况良好,但硬件条件较差、制度执行欠坚决、激励机制不完善。[结论]应注意资源的整合和有效利用、加强内部工作机制、适时推动药品管理体制的改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the construction and operation of township drug supervision and association station and promote its healthy development.[Methods]For example,used random sampling to investigate the township drug supervision and association in Jiangxi.[Results]The construction of township drug supervision and association station was in good condition,but the facilities were poor,the implementation of regimens was poor,incentive mechanisms were inadequate.[Conclusion]We should integrate and effectively use resources,strengthen the internal working mechanism,timely promote the reform of drug administration system.更多还原
