【摘要】 [目的]血清抗体酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测人狂犬病毒抗体效果分析。[方法]对43份狂犬疫苗全程足量免疫接种后的样本和57份未注射过狂犬疫苗和无疯动物咬伤史的样本,用ELISA和RFFIT方法分别检测,结果进行对比。[结果]与确认试验相比,ELISA方法灵敏度为100%,特异度为98.2%,总符合率99.0%。[结论]ELISA方法能较高程度反应疫苗全程足量免疫后效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To analyse the effect of ELISA in detection of antibody against rabiesvirus. [Methods] We detected 43 cases after vaccination and 57 cases of pre-vaccination by ELISA and RFFIT methods respectively. [Results] Compareed with RFFIT method, the sensitivity of ELISA was100%, the specificity was 98.2%, the coincidence rate was 99.0%. [Conclusion] ELISA can response the effect of after vaccination.更多还原
