LMP/TAP基因多态性的研究进展
RESEARCH PROGRESS OF LMP/TAP GENE POLYMORPHISM
【摘要】 低分子量蛋白酶体和抗原处理相关转运体与内源性抗原处理、呈递有关,被认为与肿瘤发生、病毒清除密切相关。有研究表明,LMP/TAP基因具有多态性。目前LMP/TAP基因与疾病的相关性,以及其多态性与疾病的遗传易感关联日益受到广泛的关注,认为它们可能为独立于HLA基因之处的另一自身免疫疾病的易感/保护基因。
【Abstract】 The low molecular weight proteasome (LMP) and transporter associated with antigen processing (TAP) are relevant with processing and presentation of endogenous antigen, which is considered has relationship with incidence and removal of tumor. Research has shown that LMP/TAP has gene polymorphisms. Currently the association of LMP/TAP gene and diseases and their genetic polymorphism and susceptibility are increasingly paid attention to, and some think that they may be protective genes which are independent from HLA genes for other autoimmune diseases.
