【摘要】 [目的]探讨在相似饮食条件下,同一地域内的体力劳动者和脑力劳动者的血糖、血脂等代谢指标的差异。为防治糖、脂代谢异常及代谢综合征提供生活方式干预治疗的依据。[方法]分别对四川成都某电力公司外特勤人员(体力劳动)279例和四川成都某通讯公司中层管理人员(脑力劳动)107例测定其体重、身高、FBG,TC、TG、LDL_c、HDL_c、BMI进行组间比较。[结果]两组间性别构成,年龄,身高,体重,体重指数等差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);两组间TG均数高于正常,FBG、TC、LDL_c、HDL_c均数在正常范围内差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。在相似饮食条件下,同一地域内的体力劳动者和脑力劳动者,在体重、身高无差异的情况下,体力劳动者的FBG、TC、TG、LDL_C低于脑力劳动者;HDL_C高于脑力劳动者,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]适度体力劳动有利于防治糖、脂代谢异常及代谢综合征(MS)。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To research differences of metabolism indexes (such as blood glucose, blood lipid and etc.) between brain workers and manual workers in same geographical region and similar diet condition, and to provide the proof for the life style inter vention for prevention and treatment of blood glucose/blood lipid metabolic disorder and metabolic syndrome. [Methods] Two groups were researched through the indexes comparison, including weight, height, FBG, TC, TG, LDL_c, HDL_c, BMI. One group had 279 persons (manual workers) in external service department of an electricpower company in Chengdu, and the other group had 107 persons (brain workers) in middle management department from a communication company in Chengdu. [Results] There was no statistical difference on gender, age, height, weight and BMI between the two groups (P﹥0.05); The average data of TG in the two groups was higher than the normal level, but the average data of FBA, TC, LDL_C, HDL_C within normal range had statistical significance (P﹤0.05). In the same region and similar diet condition, the indexes of FBG, TC, TG, LDL_C of the manual workers were lower than those of the brain workers with similar height/weight; and HDL_C index was higher than the latter. The above different data had statistical significance (P﹤0.05). [Conclusion] Moderate manual work can prevent and treat the metabolism disorder of blood sugar/blood lipid and metabolic syndrome (MS).更多还原
